日本国 デフォルト プロローグ ― 2011年01月23日 23時59分
平成２２年度一般会計予算は、税収が３７兆円に落ち込んだにもかかわらず、歳出総額は９２兆円にも達した。その他収入が１０兆円あるとは言え、約４５兆円を国債などの借金でまかなっている。ほぼ半分が借金だ。
こうした借金の繰り返しを行った結果、国と地方の借金総額は、約１１００兆円にも達している。
利払いだけでも年間１０兆円にもなろうとしている。１秒で３１万円、たった１日で２７０億円もの利息が付く。たった１秒でインド・タタ自動車の「NANO」が１台、たった１日で潜水艦が１隻買えそうだ。１年で３６５隻も買ってどうするの？
政府はいつまで、こんな状態を放置しておくのか？このまま放置しておくと、１０年以内に日本国債のデフォルトが発生し、日本が破綻する。
はたしていつ、破綻するのだろうか？
でも、国民には１４００兆円を超える資産があると聞いたことがある。それを使えばいいのでは、と思いますよね。では、あとどれ位借金を増やしてもいいのだろうか？１１００兆円もの借金を誰がどうやって返すのか？日本国債がデフォルトし、日本が破綻したらどうなるのか？
なんだか恐ろしいことばかり書いてきたけど、今ならなんとかできると思う。その始まりが、与謝野馨 経済財政担当相の起用なのか？
日本国の破綻に異議を唱える人、すなわち反対論者が少なからずいる。その代表が『ミスター円』と呼ばれた、ＴＶでお馴染みの榊原英資氏や参議院議員選挙に出馬した三橋貴明氏である。彼らの言い分も聞かなくてはいけない。
こうした問題を考えていくのが、このブログ『政経ネット』の主なテーマである。政治と経済は密接に結びついているので、同時に考えようと言う趣旨である。政治が経済に影響を及ぼし、経済状態が政策を変える。政治がこんな状態だから、日経平均株価の戻りが鈍いのかと感じませんか？たまにはテレビを消し、携帯を脇において、政治と経済を考えてみるのも良い機会では。
