今朝、京都府亀岡市で集団登校中の市立安詳（あんしょう）小の小学生の列に車が突っ込み、小学生と妊婦の計１０名（２名が死亡、２名が重体、胎児も死亡）が負傷した。つい先日も京都祇園で暴走車により１９名（８名が死亡）が負傷した事件があったばかりだし、昨年4月、てんかんの持病がある運転手がクレーン車で起こした同様の事故で児童６名が亡くなっている。
今回の容疑者は無免許の無職少年（１８歳）が友人たちと一晩中ドライブした後に起こした事故で、祇園の事件（３０歳男子で業務中）とは事情がかなり違うが、こうした事故は何とか防げないものか？
アメリカのようにスクールバスで通学できれば問題ないが、そうした環境に無い日本の小学生では集団登校する必要があるので、集団登校自体を無くせはしないだろうが、例えば、免許を挿さないとエンジンがかからないとかにすれば、無免許運転での今回のような事故は無くせる。

しかも、過去にも無免許でバイクを運転していた歴もあると言うではないですか。
「自動車運転過失致死傷」との事ですが、これは『危険運転致死傷』がどう見ても妥当でしょう。
スピードもどのぐらい出していたのか判らないし。
捲き込まれた小学生達と引率していた保護者やその家族達は、煮えくりかえっているでしょう。
無免許ですから当然無保険でしょうから、補償も十分には出来ない。
加害少年の父親がメディアのインタビューに応え、無免許で運転していた事も知らなかった、車が誰の物なのかも知らないと言って居るが、嘘があるように思える。
責任逃れだね。
被害者家族や事故現場周辺の住民達は、『危険運転致死傷罪』の適応を求めるべきと私は思います。
