ギリシャの破綻（デフォルト）、昨日のあと
昨日、国民投票の実施について書いたばかりなのに、独仏首脳などに説き伏せられてギリシャのパパンドレウ首相は国民投票をあきらめた。野党の歩み寄りにより、ＥＵの支援策がそのまま国会で通る公算が高まり、各国の株価も戻り始めた。
しかしながら、４日には内閣信任投票が控えており、まだ予断を許さない情勢だ。不信任という事態も予想されるが、信任・不信任どちらにしてもパパンドレウ政権は終わりを迎え、内閣は総辞職をすると見込まれる。その後の政権はどうなるのか、安定に向かうのか、誰にも分からない。
ギリシャは公務員が４分の１を占め、午後を過ぎて仕事をするのが一般的でなく、長い昼食と昼寝に費やされ、また税金をまともに納める人のほうが少ないなど、破綻（デフォルト）するのも当たり前のような国ではあるが、それでも債務残高は３４兆円（ＧＤＰ比１４４％）である。ギリシャ人に比べると、まじめに働く日本人で、ずっとまともな国のようにも見えるが、国だけの借金でも１０００兆円（ＧＤＰ比１９０％）にものぼる。なぜ日本の方が、こんなギリシャよりも債務が多いのか不思議である。
それにしてもＮＹダウも日経２２５も上げ下げがきつ過ぎて、私は株式市場への参加にダンマリを決め込んでいる。
