安倍政権の通信簿を毎週つけていこうと思う。
「サンデーズ チェック」
取り上げるのは僕の期待する政策で、先週から進展した項目のみを記述。
カッコ内は進捗率。「－」以降は、僕の意見・感想です。

１衆院定数削減(４0%↑)
「０増５減」法案が23日、衆院本会議で自公が賛成して可決された。
２憲法改正(0%→)
日本維新の会は、地方自治について規定した憲法第８章の改正素案を示した。素案は、地方自治の枠組みを「広域自治体たる道州と基礎的自治体の二層制」とし、国と道州の権限の関係を憲法に明記するとしている。
3TPP交渉(60%→)
米政府は２４日、ＴＰＰに日本の参加を認める意向を米議会に通知した。
4公務員給与削減の延長(0%→)
変らず。－これは2年間限定の給与削減を延長させようという趣旨です。
5地方分権、道州制の導入(30%→)
衆院の憲法審査会は２５日、「地方自治」をテーマに各党が議論した。道州制の導入をめぐっては、日本維新の会やみんなの党が「憲法に明記すべきだ」と改憲論を展開したのに対して、自民、公明両党は「改憲は不要」と主張し、見解が分かれた。
6社会保障制度改革(30%→)
第10回社会保障制度改革国民会議が4月22日に開催された。
７尖閣問題(40%↑)
23日の海洋監視船の領海侵入は過去最高の８隻で、領海侵入時間も12時間と長かった。
また、中国外務省の華春瑩副報道局長は２６日の記者会見で、尖閣諸島について「釣魚島の問題は中国の領土主権問題に関係している。当然、核心的利益に属する」と明言した。中国政府が尖閣を「核心的利益」と位置付けていることを、外交当局者が公式に認めたのは初めて。
一方、沖縄県の尖閣諸島をめぐる日中間の緊張感が高まる中、海上での不測の事態を避けるため、日中防衛当局の局長級協議が26日北京で行われた。－協議の結果はまだ分からないが、一応テーブルには着くんですね？
８原発再稼動(10%→)
茂木敏充経済産業相は２３日の番組収録で、原発の再稼働が早ければいつかと問われ、「今年の秋ですかね」と答えた。閣僚が再稼働の時期について踏み込んだ発言をするのは初めて。－進捗率が１０％から変らないのは、まだ不確定な要素が多すぎるから。

中国が表明した「核心的利益」とは、尖閣諸島を占領しますと公言した様な物。
恐らくアメリカは正面から中国と対峙しないと言う確信が有ったのか、丁度訪中していたアメリカ軍トップとの密約が有ったのか？
そのアメリカは、日本と中国の二国間でと言って居る所からも中国へシフトしているとも見られます。
これで中国はほぼ間違い無く尖閣占領に軍を出してくるでしょう。
そのプロローグに海洋監視船の領海侵犯を更に激化させ、接続水域には中国海軍の艦船をウロウロさせる様になるでしょう。
